Jonathan Yakubu, FCA, FCTI, ACMA, CGMA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Silverbird Group, where he leads the Group’s financial strategy, enterprise risk governance, capital planning, and operational finance across a diversified portfolio spanning media, entertainment, and real estate. With over a decade of leadership within the Group, Jonathan has overseen major milestones including the successful attainment of Silverbird’s ACCA Approved Employer status, the implementation of advanced financial systems, and the alignment of reporting standards with global compliance frameworks.

 

Jonathan is known for his forward-looking financial stewardship and has represented the Group on international platforms including the CFO Leadership Council in Boston and the CGMA Leadership Academy in Singapore, becoming the first Nigerian to be admitted into both networks. A strong advocate for digital finance transformation, he integrates strategic decision-making with data analytics and ESG frameworks.
