Julius Oche is the Property Manager of Silverbird Group, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in property management, facility operations, administrative leadership, and customer engagement. Since joining the Galleria in 2023, he has led strategic improvements in facility operations, asset optimization, tenant satisfaction, and revenue generation.

 

He has spearheaded key milestones including the full aesthetic revamp of the mall, the installation of smart meters for energy efficiency, CCTV upgrades for enhanced security, borehole development for sustainable water access, and the establishment of a comprehensive asset register. His leadership combines operational excellence with a forward-thinking approach to sustainability, technology, and service delivery.

 

Julius holds both a B.Sc. and MBA in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University and a Facility Management Diploma from Max-Migold. He is a member of the Association of Facility Management Practitioners Nigeria (AFMPN), the FMMC Alumni Council, and holds the Associate Professional in Human Resources International (aPHRi) certification. With proven strengths in team coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and lease administration, Julius continues to position Silverbird Galleria as a thriving commercial destination under his strategic guidance.
